Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options including standard and expedited shipping. Estimated delivery times are:
  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain purchase amount as a promotion.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. We plan to expand internationally in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the shipment status.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please provide a complete and valid shipping address during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at operations@zelopatra.com  We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange for a replacement.
